1. Introduction Welcome to VidAI ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect We may collect and request access to the following types of information:

• Device Permissions (Camera & Photo Library): We request access to your device's Camera and Photo Library to allow you to capture new photos or select existing images from your gallery. This access is strictly necessary for you to upload images that will be used to generate AI videos. We do not access your photos without your explicit permission.
• User-Generated Content: Images and text prompts that you upload or input into the App. This data is used solely for the purpose of generating your requested video content.
• Virtual Currency & Account Data: We store data related to your remaining coin balance and user identifier (User ID) to manage your usage rights and ensure your purchased credits are correctly tracked within the App.
• Usage Data: Information about how you access and use the App (e.g., device type, operating system version, app usage statistics).
• Purchase Information: We do not store your financial information (credit card numbers, etc.). All transactions are processed securely by Apple via the App Store.

3. Information Regarding Face Data To provide our AI video generation features, we specifically handle face data as follows:

• Collection: We collect images containing facial features that you voluntarily upload to the application via the "Upload Image" feature.
• Use: The collected face data is used exclusively to generate stylized AI videos and character animations based on your request. We utilize this data to run specific AI models (such as Wan and Seedance) to create the output content you requested. We do not use your face data for authentication, user identification, or advertising purposes.
• Sharing: We do not share your face data with third parties, except for our cloud-based AI processing provider, Replicate, solely for the purpose of generating the video. Replicate processes the data securely.
• Retention: Your face data and the generated content are retained for approximately 1 hour to allow you to download and view your results in the "MyVideos" section. After this brief period, or once the content is deleted from the provider's servers, the data is permanently removed. We do not store your face data permanently.

4. How We Use Your Information We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the VidAI service (specifically, converting your selected images/prompts into videos).
• To manage your subscription, coin balance, and account status.
• To improve and optimize the App's performance.

5. Third-Party Services and Data Processing We employ third-party companies to facilitate our App, process AI requests, store data, and handle payments.

• Replicate: We use Replicate to process your images and generate AI videos. Your image data is temporarily transmitted to their secure servers for the sole purpose of generation.
• Supabase: We use Supabase as our secure backend database to store user identifiers and virtual currency (coin) balances. This allows us to sync your credits and usage across sessions.
